PocketMDM does not directly collect personal information except as necessary to provide in-app purchases. PocketMDM does not sell personal data. PocketMDM uses RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases, subscriptions, and entitlement validation. PocketMDM does not use RevenueCat for advertising, marketing attribution, or cross-app tracking.
When a purchase is made, RevenueCat may process limited information necessary to provide purchase functionality, including:
- Purchases
- Purchase History and Subscription Status
- App Store Transaction Identifiers
- Anonymous App User Identifiers
This information is used solely for:
- Validating Purchases
- Restoring Purchases
- Managing Subscriptions and Entitlements
- Preventing Fraud

PocketMDM may collect crash reports and diagnostics logs for the express purpose of improving the functionality and experience of the app. The crash reports and diagnostics logs are provided to PocketMDM by Apple after removing all personal user data.
PocketMDM utilizes third party service providers to provide the advertised functionality. The third party APIs require authentication information to function. This information is stored locally and securely using Apple’s Keychain. This information can be removed at any time by navigating to the corresponding service setting and tapping “Disconnect.” Tapping this button will delete all information for the corresponding service from Apple’s Keychain. Disconnecting a third party service will render the corresponding Shortcuts actions unusable.

PocketMDM utilizes third party APIs to provide the advertised functionality. Please note that any information entered as a search query is not stored or cached by PocketMDM. However, this information may be stored on the third party service provider’s servers to provide the intended service.
