What do I do if PocketMDM actions don’t show up in the Shortcuts app?
This can be caused by an iOS, iPadOS, and macOS bug. If you have installed the PocketMDM app and the actions don’t appear try one of the following to resolve the issue.
- Force quit and relaunch the Shortcuts app.
- Reboot the iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
- Delete and reinstall PocketMDM.
If this does not resolve your issue contact Apple Support.

Yes. If you have a feature request, use the contact form and include a detailed description.
Why is PocketMDM’s Microsoft App Registration unverified?
Publisher verification requires a Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program account. I am an independent developer and do not qualify as an individual. The success of PocketMDM will determine if forming a business entity and applying for verification will be necessary. If this is something that is preventing your organization from using PocketMDM, please use the contact form and let me know.
Why is generic data returned from certain actions (Example: AxM Device, AxM Server, Jamf Computer)?
PocketMDM actions sometimes return custom data types that can hold multiple different values. “AxM Device” is a custom data type that holds the serial number, product family, status, model, date added, and more. Some actions return an array of custom data types, while others return a single instance. In this example, using the “[ABM] Get Organization Devices” action returns an array. This Shortcut example will demonstrate how the process works.
I’d like to cover PocketMDM. Is there a press kit available?
